Barnoq Immigration Solutions – Refund Policy

 

Scope of Service

Barnoq Immigration Solutions (BIS) provides advisory, document preparation, visa application support, and related immigration services. Our fees are charged based on the time, expertise, and support we provide, not the outcome of any visa or immigration decision, which is made solely by immigration authorities such as the UK Home Office, embassies or consulates.

 General Refund Principles

• No Outcome-Based Refunds: BIS does not guarantee visa approvals. Refunds are not issued on the basis of a visa refusal unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

• Non-Refundable Once Work Has Commenced: Once BIS begins work on your file, including consultations, document review or application preparation, the service fee becomes non-refundable.

 Exceptions – Partial or Full Refunds

Refunds may be issued at BIS's discretion only under the following conditions:

• Administrative Error by BIS: If BIS makes a documented error in your application that leads directly to a visa refusal, a partial or full refund may be considered.

• No Service Rendered: If the client cancels the application before any work begins, a refund may be issued minus an administrative charge.

• Written Refund Agreement: If a refund clause or special guarantee was agreed in writing, it will be honoured as per the agreed terms.

 Third-Party Costs

BIS is not responsible for refunding fees paid directly to third parties, including:

• Visa application fees

• Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS)

• Translation, courier, or notary services

• Flight bookings, accommodation, or travel insurance

These must be reclaimed (if applicable) directly from the issuing authority or provider.

 Post-Refusal Support

If your visa is refused:

• BIS may offer a discounted rate for assistance with an administrative review, reapplication or appeal, depending on the reason for refusal.

• Clients must submit the refusal letter to BIS within 7 days of receipt for further guidance.

 Fraudulent or Misleading Information

If a client provides false, misleading, or incomplete information that results in a refusal or causes BIS to withdraw from the case, no refund will be issued, and BIS reserves the right to report such conduct to authorities.

Please include your full name, case reference number, and a clear explanation of the request. BIS will review your request within 7–10 business days and provide a written response.

 Jurisdiction

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales or Ghana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom/Ghana.
